Party rental delivery pricing in Houston, TX
Here's what delivery and setup cost, how far we go, and when we ask for a deposit. Rental delivery and setup is free for the first 15 miles, then $2 per mile, up to 30 miles from Southeast Houston. Handmade Bear Craft Room orders are free for the first 5 miles, then $1 per mile. You can also pick those up for free.

Local delivery and setup
We deliver and set up across Southeast Houston / Houston, TX and nearby areas, out to about 30 miles from our base. Bear Craft Room orders you can have delivered or pick up yourself.
Anything farther out, ask us and we'll tell you. We'd rather say no up front than take a booking we can't get to.
Delivery pricing
- Bear Craft Room: first 5 miles free, then $1/mile (over 30 miles: pickup only)
- Bear and Cub Events: first 15 miles free, then $2/mile (delivery/setup only)
- Over 30 miles: manual review required for rentals/events, pickup only for craft items
These are estimates. Cinthia confirms the number once she has your address, since tolls and where the setup is going can change it.

Deposits and policies
What to expect
Custom order deposits
Deposits help cover materials and production time. Once special materials are purchased or work begins, deposits may become non-refundable.
Custom orders may require roughly half the total as a deposit, depending on materials and complexity.
Rental deposits
Rental deposits hold your date and confirm the booking. Deposit amounts vary by package size.
We confirm your date before the booking is final.
Unclaimed orders
Completed custom orders are held for a defined period. After that, unclaimed items may be treated as abandoned.

Cinthia looks at every request herself before you get a price. She checks the date, the drive, the tolls, and where the setup is going.
