Local delivery and setup

Delivery and setup are currently available in Southeast Houston / Houston, TX and nearby areas, generally within about 30 miles of our base location. Bear Craft Room items support both pickup and local delivery.

Farther locations may be reviewed manually but are not guaranteed right now. The service area may expand in the future.

Delivery pricing

  • Bear Craft Room: first 5 miles free, then $1/mile (over 30 miles: pickup only)
  • Bear and Cub Events: first 15 miles free, then $2/mile (delivery/setup only)
  • Over 30 miles: manual review required for rentals/events, pickup only for craft items

All delivery pricing is an estimate until Cinthia reviews your request. Availability, distance, toll roads, and setup conditions are confirmed before booking.

Known rental pricing

  • Bounce House Rental: $150
  • Softplay/rental packages: starting around $100, with examples around $100, $125, $175, $200, and $250 depending on package
  • Add bounce house or bigger ball pit: +$50

Deposits and policies

What to expect

Custom order deposits

Deposits help cover materials and production time. Once special materials are purchased or work begins, deposits may become non-refundable.

Custom orders may require roughly half the total as a deposit, depending on materials and complexity.

Rental deposits

Rental deposits hold your date and confirm the booking. Deposit amounts vary by package size.

Availability must be confirmed before any booking is final.

Unclaimed orders

Completed custom orders are held for a defined period. After that, unclaimed items may be treated as abandoned.
