We deliver and set up across Southeast Houston and the Bay Area: Pearland, Pasadena, South Houston, Friendswood, Webster, Clear Lake, Deer Park, League City, Seabrook, Kemah, La Porte, Manvel, Alvin, Dickinson, Galena Park, Channelview, Santa Fe, Missouri City and Texas City. Anything within about 30 miles of our base in Southeast Houston is in range. We don't get out to Katy, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Richmond or Galveston.

Rental delivery and setup is free for the first 15 miles, which covers most of Southeast Houston. Pearland, Pasadena, Friendswood, League City, Clear Lake and Deer Park all fall inside it. Past that it's $2 a mile, up to 30 miles. There's no pickup on rentals. We place and check every setup ourselves before any kid gets on it.

As early as you can, especially for a weekend. Cinthia checks every request against the calendar before anything's confirmed, and Saturday dates in birthday season go first. If your date is soon, ask anyway. We'll tell you if it's still open.

It depends on the order. Custom products that require special materials may need a deposit (usually around half the total). Rental bookings may also require a deposit to hold your date. Simple ready-to-buy items do not require a deposit.

Bear Craft Room items (shirts, gifts, baskets, crafts) offer both pickup and delivery. Delivery is free for the first 5 miles, then $1 per mile after that. Over 30 miles, pickup is the only option. Pickup is free at HEB Blackhawk, which is our base. We can also meet at HEB Gulfgate, Mi Tienda or HEB Baybrook for $8.

Completed custom orders are held for a defined period. After that time, unclaimed items may be treated as abandoned. We'll always try to reach you first through your preferred contact method.
